About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Purchasing Leader to join our Global Supply Chain team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic supplier relationships, ensuring optimal production lead times, cost stability, and supply reliability across our portfolio of Audio-Video products.
You will drive continuous improvement in supplier performance, communication, and delivery quality — maximizing value and efficiency within our existing supplier base, securing cost reductions when the market allows, preventing unnecessary price increases, and ensuring suppliers meet agreed operational and quality standards.
Reporting directly to the Global Supply Chain Director, you will play a key role in balancing commercial, operational, and strategic priorities across Kramer’s supplier network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and reliable performance.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations on pricing, lead times, and production terms to secure competitive conditions and stable supply.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Finance teams to support production readiness, product availability, and cost objectives.
  • Oversee purchase order execution from release to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely supply to Kramer’s regional warehouses.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in electronics
  • Experience in the electronics industry including working with OEMsODMs in China, Taiwan or Vietnam - Must
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing commercial terms and supplier relationships.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Planning, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Priority or similar) and proficiency in Excel or BI tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to balance strategic and day-to-day priorities effectively.
