About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Northern Italy. This role goes beyond traditional account management – it focuses on expanding market presence, increasing awareness of our technologies, identifying new end users, and generating qualified opportunities to be developed directly or through our channel partners.

The ideal candidate combines strategic business development, consultative sales, and channel management skills to achieve ambitious growth targets.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute a regional growth strategy to increase market penetration and brand awareness.

  • Identify and engage new end customers across target verticals.

  • Promote Kramer technologies as strategic solutions rather than standalone products.

  • Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities directly or through channel partners.

  • Establish strategic partnerships (planning offices, system houses, integrators, consultants) to expand market reach.

Strategic Account & Channel Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage and develop the regional channel ecosystem in line with growth objectives.

  • Support partners throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity generation to implementation.

  • Collaborate with the technical department to ensure high service standards and successful solution delivery.

Consultative & Complex Solution Selling

  • Lead pre-sales activities and engage directly with customers.

  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, translating them into high-value integrated solutions.

  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across the supply chain.

  • Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools.

  • Strong business development mindset, hunter attitude, and entrepreneurial drive.

  • Strategic thinking and ability to sell complex solutions consultatively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities across multiple levels.

Hard Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of sales experience, focusing on new business and complex client relationships.

  • Proven experience selling integrated solutions in the AV and/or IT industry.

  • Established network within AV/IT channels and end-user ecosystem.

  • Experience managing projects through direct and indirect sales models.

  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial judgment.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus) and Microsoft Office.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.

Technical Background

  • Solid technical understanding of AV/IT systems.

  • Ability to translate technical features into business value for customers.

Curiosity and willingness to deeply understand technological systems and integrated solutions.
