Your role:
Kramer is hiring a Presales Engineer to provide presales support in ASEAN region. This role reports to Regional Sales Director, ASEAN.
As a Presales Engineer, you will be
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
- Planning and conducting trainings to channel partners and end-customers at a regional level.
- Supporting regional trainings and events as when needed.
- Ensuring proposed solutions are best practice and in line with client’s requirements.
- Managing the sales bid process by working closely with the sales team.
- Working closely with sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.

- You are your area of expertise and passionate about it, enabling it to support people to work better and achieve more.
- Diploma or degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
- Five years of industry experience, including two or more years in sales engineering or consultancy.
- Good knowledge of the IT Network Infrastructure and Management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and/or Cisco certified will be an added advantage.
