About the Role: Regional Sales Manager (Western Territory)
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead Kramer’s sales and customer success across the Western US (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, MT, WY, UT, AZ, CO, NM).
Main Focus:
50% Channel Management: Grow and support Kramer’s reseller and distributor network
50% End User Development: Build lasting relationships with end users through a direct, consultative approach
The RSM will be responsible for driving market share, developing new business, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end users
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Represent Kramer at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline in Salesforce
Collaborate with the regional sales team while working independently
Resolve customer issues related to sales and service
Travel within the territory up to 75%
What We’re Looking For
- Must live within the territory
- 5+ years sales experience in Pro AV and IT markets
Strong understanding of Professional A/V, Networking, Collaboration, and IT value chains
Proven ability to hunt, build, and manage complex client relationships
Established channel and end-user relationships in the region
Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Experience in value-added solution selling
Entrepreneurial, motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team
High integrity, sound judgment, and credibility
