About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and talented Business Development Manager (Inside Sales Associate) to join our Americas Sales team. This remote, inside sales role is an individual contributor position focused on managing the inside sales process, prospecting new leads, converting qualified leads, and supporting named direct and indirect accounts. This is not a field sales role.
The ideal candidate brings energy, spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and an aptitude for maximizing call time while delivering an excellent customer experience.
This position is fully remote, and candidates may be based anywhere in the United States or Latin America, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails, qualifying leads for existing accounts.
Manage named direct and indirect accounts by building relationships, creating brand awareness, requesting referrals, and offering educational opportunities.
Communicate proactively with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager, ensuring a smooth and cohesive sales process.
Regularly close sales to achieve annual quotas.
Assist with sales support tasks, including preparing presentations and proposals.
Requirements
Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in Pro AV or IT industry highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and people skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple high-priority tasks and navigate stressful situations.
Aptitude for maximizing call time and personalizing follow-up communications.
Comfortable working remotely from a home office.
