About the Role

We are seeking a Global IT & MIS Manager to manage and continuously improve Kramer’s global IT environment.

Reporting to the COO, this role is responsible for the stability, security, and effectiveness of Kramer’s IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and digital workplace solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical IT professional who enjoys being close to the technology, solving problems, implementing solutions, and partnering with business teams and senior leadership.

This role combines hands-on technology ownership with strategic impact. The successful candidate will understand business needs, influence technology decisions, and drive improvements across the organization, while remaining actively involved in execution, delivery, and operational excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Manage and improve global IT operations, infrastructure, and business systems.
• Lead and support a small, highly capable IT team, ensuring effective execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure reliable and secure operation of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, identity management, endpoints, and core IT services.
• Lead technology implementations, upgrades, and system improvements.

Cybersecurity & Risk

• Maintain and improve IT security, including access management, endpoint protection, and security controls.
• Support compliance requirements and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage vendor security assessments and technology risks.

Business Systems & Digital Enablement

• Support business applications, MIS, and reporting capabilities.
• Partner with business teams and leadership to identify technology needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Drive and support AI adoption and automation initiatives across the organization.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and multiple external contractors to ensure effective delivery of technology services.
• Coordinate and oversee outsourced IT activities, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and alignment with business needs.
• Provide technology guidance and support to global teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems management in a global organization.
• Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience leading IT teams or technology professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and endpoint management.
• Experience implementing and supporting business systems and technology solutions.
• Experience managing IT vendors, service providers, and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, execution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
