As we continue to expand our portfolio of AV over IP, control, collaboration, and software-driven solutions, we are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to strengthen the bridge between product innovation and market success.


About the Role
We are seeking a highly execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing and is responsible for translating complex AV hardware and software solutions into clear value propositions, differentiated messaging, and effective go-to-market execution.
This is a hands-on role. The ideal candidate is not only strategic but also operational - someone who owns deliverables, builds materials (demand gen, enablement), drives launch readiness, and works closely with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop compelling value propositions for Kramer’s AV hardware and software portfolio
  • Translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and use cases
  • Build messaging frameworks tailored to vertical markets and regional needs
  • Ensure consistency across website, campaigns, and sales materials
Go-To-Market & New Product Introductions (NPIs)
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches
  • Develop launch kits including presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, competitive positioning, and training materials
  • Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Sales, Operations, and Regional Marketing teams
  • Align product roadmap milestones with marketing and campaign calendars
Sales & Channel Enablement
  • Create sales enablement tools: battlecards, pitch decks, solution briefs, demo scripts
  • Support training sessions for global sales and regional teams
  • Equip channel partners with clear positioning and messaging
  • Gather field feedback and continuously refine positioning
Competitive & Market Intelligence
  • Monitor AV industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Maintain competitive battlecards and differentiation messaging
  • Support pricing and packaging discussions with data-driven insights
Campaign & Digital Collaboration
  • Work closely with Digital and Campaign teams to support demand generation initiatives
  • Provide product-focused content for website updates, webinars, events, and thought leadership
  • Ensure accurate and compelling representation of products across all digital touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
  • 4–8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B technology environments
  • Experience in audio-visual, hardware/software integration, networking, unified communications, or related industries – strong advantage
  • Proven experience leading product launches (NPIs)
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex technical concepts
  • Experience working with global teams and regional markets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English - Must
