About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated EMEA Regional Finance Manager to lead and oversee Kramer’s financial activities across the EMEA region.
This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational execution, ensuring effective financial control, compliance, and business partnership throughout the region.

The EMEA Regional Finance Manager will lead a team of four people located in different European countries, managing their performance and professional development while maintaining close collaboration with regional management and the global HQ.


This is a balanced leadership role that requires both delegation and empowerment of the regional team, alongside active involvement in financial reporting, taxation, regulatory compliance, analysis, and preparation of key reports and insights for the HQ Finance team in Israel and the regional management.

Role Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Develop, manage, and oversee the regional budget, forecasting, and performance control.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct detailed P&L and variance analyses to support informed business decisions.
Financial Management & Operations
  • Lead, guide, and support the EMEA finance controllers’ team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to global finance policies.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, payroll control, and financial accuracy.
  • Review and validate key reports and analyses to ensure quality and consistency with HQ standards.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with HQ Finance and regional business leaders.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
  • Manage internal and external audits in coordination with local and HQ teams.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks across the region.
Treasury & Cash Flow
  • Supervise cash flow planning, credit terms, and payment processes to ensure timely transactions.
  • Manage bank relationships and signature rights.
  • Collaborate with the HQ Treasurer on collection targets and cash transfers.
Legal & Governance
  • Oversee regional legal and compliance aspects, including contracts, corporate filings, and Power of Attorney management.
  • Support corporate governance and regulatory reporting requirements.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Balance strategic oversight with active hands-on involvement in complex financial analyses and process improvements.
  • Mentor, develop, and empower the regional finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with HQ Finance and regional leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive process optimization and efficiency projects across the EMEA organization.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA required), MBA preferred.
  • At least 7 years of progressive financial management experience, including leadership roles.
  • Experience managing remote teams in a regional or multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
