Profile: Sales Manager – Delhi/NCR

We are looking for 8+ years experienced Sales professional who has worked in Government & PSU vertical and can develop the business pipeline, manage & develop partners and deliver sales revenue assigned to the region.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and Manage Govt & PSU end customer accounts in North India to build Business pipeline and increase the Brand Awareness & Reach
  • Actively engaging & working with Consultants, PMC, Turnkey contractors working in Govt & PSU vertical
  • Engage and Mange Partners in the region while driving the business through them
  • Effectively Forecast, Plan and generate Business pipeline
  • Drive Business growth in the region year on year basis
  • Facilitate regular trainings and seminar on Kramer Product and Solutions in the region
  • Work closely and Report to Regional Sales Manager North &East region to meet the Sales revenue and play key role in increasing the foothold in the region

Requirements
  • Should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Should have experience in working for OEM or SI in Audio – Visual industry
  • Should have experience working in Government vertical in north India region
  • Should have minimum 8+ years Sales experience and minimum 5 years in Govt Sales
  • Experience in handling Channel Sales is preferred
  • Should have experience in working with consultants, PMC, Architects
  • Should have experience in handling end customers and developing Business through them
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member and independently
