About the Role: Regional Customer Operations Specialist

As a Regional Customer Operations Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Kramer EMEA Operations team. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will help ensure smooth regional operations, support sales teams, manage customer inquiries, and optimize processes to improve overall customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for the regional sales teams and customers. Address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of service.

  • Order Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Coordinate closely with warehouses and the customer operations team to track shipments and meet delivery deadlines.

  • Finance Collaboration: Work with the finance team to address issues related to invoices, credit notes, or RMAs within the region.

  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock availability and align with customer operations to meet demand while controlling inventory costs.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency in collaboration with the Regional Operations Manager.

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with sales, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless and effective operations.


Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian, English, and German is required; Spanish is a plus.

  • Proven experience in customer service, operations, or logistics, preferably in a regional or international context.

  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (Priority ERP is a plus).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with regional customs and regulations is an advantage.
