Kramer is hiring a Sales Engineer to provide presales support in ASEAN region. This role reports to Regional Sales Director, ASEAN.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be:
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
- Planning and conducting trainings to channel partners and end-customers at a regional level.
- Supporting regional trainings and events as when needed.
- Ensuring proposed solutions are best practice and in line with client’s requirements.
- Managing the sales bid process by working closely with the sales team.
- Working closely with sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.

Education & Experience
- Relevant Higher education
- Five years of industry experience within AV/UC/IT or similar industry.
- Good knowledge of AV, UC and IT system functionality and installation process.
- Working knowledge of AV / UC/ IT technologies, including display solution, DSP, video conferencing tools (MSFT, Cisco, Poly), signal distribution, AVoIP, and control systems.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) will be an added advantage.
